Kevin's 29-year executive career at Irving Oil as a Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Refining & Supply Officer has contributed to his expertise in operations and supply chains. His experience as a member on multiple boards for non-profit and for-profit enterprises has also made him an expert in corporate governance.

Adam leads Technik's vision and strategy, demonstrated through his commitment to integrate cutting-edge clean-technology solutions into successful and sustainable business practices. His background in law, finance, international business, and clean-tech commercialization contribute to his dynamic and forward-thinking approach to leadership.

Damon has extensive experience in executive leadership and management consulting, building strong teams and driving high performance. With a background in business strategy, operations and commercialization of emerging technologies, he delivers measurable results in his projects. His experience in building government relations has also contributed to his success in developing partnerships between public and private sectors.

Don has been a professor of mechanical engineering at the University of New Brunswick for more than 30 years, during which he has published his research in academic journals and authored multiple books. He is the co-developer of multiple industrial technologies, including Sutherland Separation Systems, contributing to his profound understanding of Technik's technologies and their development.

Tom has over 15 years of experience as a mechanical engineer in technology development within the oil and gas industry. His experience attained through various other roles spans business development, consulting, operations, and energy project development. As an experienced lead of multiple technology initiatives, Tom is committed to sustainability and innovation. His contribution to technological advancements at Technik are continuing to drive change in energy and resource sectors.
